The Tees Barrage International White Water Rafting course is a fantastic adventure spot for water enthusiasts, typically open to participants over 10 years old. There are plenty of options suitable for the entire family to enjoy together! If you have children between 10 and 13, they offer Family White Water Rafting in appropriately sized rafts. For those over 14, the full adult course is available. If your group has between 8 to 10 people, you could try Bell Boating, which allows children as young as 8 to join in the fun, and involves paddling a long vessel reminiscent of Oxford vs Cambridge contests.
